Can I set a limit to how many of each product I add can be purchased?

    If you are referring to the total product selection, there's currently no option for that if you are using a product list. The option you can use with the product list is to limit the Stock control.

    Or enable the minimum order amount.

    However, you can set a limit to a product if you setup a custom payment. This means you won't be using the product list.

    The idea of custom payment will be like what is discussed in our guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/275-how-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field.

    You can use Multiple Choice field and enable the entry limits option.
