Coleta de emails

Prezados, bom dia.

Poderiam me orientar se no JOT FORM é possível enviar uma pesquisa anônima, mas que eu consiga ver qual email respondeu, assim como é possível no Survey Monkey?

It is possible by only including the Email field as the identification of the user inside your form - you do not have to include any other fields that collect user details.

If this doesn't fit your requirements, please clarify what do you mean by "anonymous survey" - what kind of information would you like to keep anonymous?

A pesquisa que preciso fazer o cliente não pode fornecer nenhum dado pessoal, nem o email, nem nome, para ele, não há coleta desses dados. Porém vou enviar para uma lista de 300 clientes e eu preciso do controle de quem já respondeu e quem ainda não respondeu. É possível faze assim? Estou avaliando a contratação do plano Bronze, caso nele contemple essa função, me avise, por favor.

If you're using the Invite by Email option in the Publish section, you can check the status of the invitation in relation to the invited email address by clicking the profile pictures:

As you can see, if the user has not yet submitted the form, the status will be Pending and if they did, the status will be Last submission on: (date).

This does not require the user to provide their email address.

When using that option, you can also see the submitter of each submission in the Inbox (again, the email was not provided in the form - just in the Invite by Email option):
