Can't access form to fill out

Hi,

When I try and fill out an assigned form it asks me to log in but doesn't log me in or allow me to fill out the form. This is happening my colleagues too. Help please

Could you please try to update the privacy settings from Company access to Private form and test the from then?

If that doesn't work, please let us know, does this happens with every user you have assigned your form to? If not, can you please let us know the specific email of the user that is having problems?
