We have been using Jotform in our company for 3 years now and love the functionality, but recently had a question about the best way to ensure duplicate submissions from the same user over and over. In the past, we have simply made entering a name mandatory, which really still allowed them to put in anything they wanted, but provided at least some safeguarding. We now would like to create a survey where name is not required, but wonder what is the best way to moderate submissions?

I can suggest two options:
1. Add a captcha to your form
2. Limit your form to accept only unique submissions
If you have questions with any of these solutions, please let us know so we can further assist you.
