Hi! I have shared a form and it does not show up on the other account. I see this has been brought up with other users. When will it be resolved?

As far as I know, it has been working fine as of late.
May I ask what the 'other' account's username and/or email address is?

it's sharing a sample form from email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org ... I set up a sample form to test the sharing. I have tried to share from email@example.com to my clients account and it does not seem to be working.
I have tried google chrome, firefox, safari and clearing caches/cookies, etc.

Hello, i have made the neccesary steps. I am able to replicate the problem. It appears that the form is shared from account firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com.
Yet the "Shared With You" category does not appear on the dandyline account.
I will go ahead and raise a ticket to the development team so that they can review this matter further. Once there is an update from their end, you wil be notified through this thread. Thank you.

this was caused by a bug in our system which has now been fixed. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this caused you.
