Share Form Not Working

    Hi! I have shared a form and it does not show up on the other account. I see this has been brought up with other users. When will it be resolved?

    As far as I know, it has been working fine as of late.

    May I ask what the 'other' account's username and/or email address is?

    it's sharing a sample form from info@loveseadesigns.com to info@dandylinedesigns.com ... I set up a sample form to test the sharing. I have tried to share from info@dandylinedesigns.com to my clients account and it does not seem to be working.

    I have tried google chrome, firefox, safari and clearing caches/cookies, etc.

    Hello, i have made the neccesary steps. I am able to replicate the problem. It appears that the form is shared from account info@loveseadesigns.com to info@dandylinedesigns.com.

    Yet the "Shared With You" category does not appear on the dandyline account.

    I will go ahead and raise a ticket to the development team so that they can review this matter further. Once there is an update from their end, you wil be notified through this thread. Thank you.
