Zoom: Include the Zoom invite link to the email notification

    After creating a zoom meeting through zoom integration, How can I add a zoom meeting link into an autoresponder email OR a Workflow email to the user who filled the form?

    Hi there!

    I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.

    Currently, it is not possible yet to include the Zoom link in the email or anywhere in the form. As you know, invitation links are created as soon as the form is submitted. This happens on your Zoom account as the integration only triggers Zoom to create it.

    The link is not routed back to JotForm.

    So the sending of the invitation links will be manually done. Please refer to this guide: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362183-Inviting-others-to-join-a-meeting 

    I will submit a feature request ticket base on this. That is, have the option to send the Zoom link automatically via the email or the Thank you page of the form.
