    Why doesn't the word limit/count or warning work when using the Rich Text Editor?

    It doesn't count up the number of words as you enter them. If you copy and paste from MS Word it just let's you paste an unlimited number of words.

    We must use the Rich Text Editor so clients can format their supplied text.

    Is there a workaround using injected code please?

    Hello Asialaw,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking you form, I was able to replicate the problem you are having. The "Entry Limit" feature of the rich text editor seems to be broken.

    I am sending a bug report to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as this is fixed.

    Thank you for your input. Unfortunately we are unable to provide an ETA for when the Dev Team has a solution to this. Nevertheless, I can assure you that the ticket has it's priority status set to Important. Once the Dev Team has any updates on this ticket, they will provide any updates through this thread.

    I just tested this and it's working as expected now. For both plain and rich text word and character limits are enforced.
