The approval process does not work.

    Dear Jotform support,


    The approval process does not work. I received an email asking whether to approve or not, but Approval Requests does not appear when I press the approval button. As a result, the post-approval process does not work. How can I solve this problem?

    I also consumed a lot of incoming forms trying to solve this problem. Can't you do something about it?

    Upon checking your approval workflow, you have two branch when your form is submitted. It's not currently possible to work with multiple start point so in order for you to fix it, you'll need to delete it and move below the "Approval" branch.
