We have a form on hindmanmoving.com and donfarrmoving.com. Recently our email went down and we have not been getting our submission. Can you please make sure they are still sending.

Upon checking our records, all emails are fine, and email deliveries had no troubles. If you notice that emails were not forwarded to the recipients, I would suggest checking this guide: How To Setup Email Alerts To Prevent NOT Receiving Email Alerts and do our recommendations, specially with whitelisting our IP's and Domains.

By the way, I can see a formatting issue to the embedded forms. I would suggest re-embedding the form using our iFrame Method: Getting the Form iFrame Code so to fix that.
