    Hi,

    In this form https://forms.asahq.org/210945596776169

I have 3 fields that are being populated from the URL. I unhid them, but they are not visible. I do not have any conditions set up - as the screenshot below illustrated.

    Please help/advise.

    Thank you!

    Thanks, Jed_C, Kenneth_C,

    I greatly appreciate your help.

It has been over a week since I opened this ticket. Therefore, I'm wondering what the status of it is? We are a corporate client and our business depends on JotForms to work.

Would you please advise if you think that your team will not be able to fix it any time soon and that the best solution is to create a new form?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

It looks like you are editing the standard copy of the form instead of the Enterprise copy. Since that form was migrated to an Enterprise account, changes should be made from the Enterprise copy of the form. Make sure you are logged into "https://forms.asahq.org" and modifying the form from there. The standard copy will redirect to the Enterprise copy so any changes made to the standard copy will not be displayed. Here is an example. If you visit this URL:

    https://www.jotform.com/210945596776169

    You'll be redirected to:

    https://forms.asahq.org/210945596776169

So the content from this copy "https://www.jotform.com/210945596776169" will not be shown when "https://forms.asahq.org/210945596776169" is loaded.
