I'm testing the use of Jotform on a Bigcommerce test site. I've added some custom CSS in Preferences-Form Styles (not sure if this might be relevant). The problem I've run into is that not all of the default Jotform CSS files are loading (see screenshot). This is causing inconsistencies in testing the look of the form.
Are you aware of the issue with some of the CSS files not loading? Is this a server issue? Is it expected to be resolved soon.
On a related note, I've had trouble accessing my Account Settings page on your site. Over the past 24 hours it has only loaded twice out of two dozen attempts. It took a few hours to finally be able to load the page and set up the Mandrill/STMP email settings.
I really hope to work with Jotform going forward since it's the best tool I've found for our needs. Please let me know if there is anything I can do on my end to ensure the resources load properly.Page URL:

Thank you for contacting us.
It sounds like you are facing access issues to our CDN hosted content. I do not see similar reports from other users, and issues in our recent logs. The issue might be related to your network/computer restrictions.
Can you please try to open the following link?
If this is not loading, then something is blocking it at your end. You can disable security related software of your PC (if any) to see if that makes any differences. Also, you can try to access the site from different computers and Internet Service Providers.
There is a chance that your network administrators can help.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance on this.

Thanks for your quick response. I've loaded the above link without issue. And currently, the form on the test site is also loading with all resources. But I cannot access the MyAccount page here: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/
...I just tried reloading all of the pages. Your link now returns a 404 error and the test site contact form page is getting 3 404 errors from the CDN just as before.
There's nothing for me to disable on my end and I can't set up Jotform using a different ISP.
Thanks for your help, nonetheless.
