Photos on surveys

Hello there, we recently created a form with 54 "take photo" buttons, but when we fill out the form we faced that around starting photo number 18 the app doesn't let us upload a new photo, is there some kind of photo uploading limit by form? or how can we solve this problem?

Is there any specific Take Photo widget that is causing the issue? If you skip some widgets it will still cause the issue when the 18th number widget is used?

Are you using this form on the mobile app or on the desktop? If it is on a mobile device then please tell us the device model so we can investigate the issue further.
