Cannot access original PDF

    Good morning.

    Here is the link to my form but I am unable to go back to PDF version.

    I will have very few submissions each month (25 maximum) but like the idea of using the on-line form for my clients and also sending them a PDF version (or be able to print one) if need be. Is this possible with JotForm?

    I created a form but now I am unable to get back to it as where it shows "original pdf" it's all grayed out.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! After looking into this, it appears that there was an issue with the PDF that was uploaded that is keeping your form data from being fed in under the same formatting. Can you please try creating another form using the same PDF, and if the issue persists, sharing the PDF with us so that we can investigate this behavior further?
