FOLLOW UP ON PREVIOUS QUESTION

    I reached out about the difficulty with retrieving jpeg documents from our court ordered community service form. Our practice has been to view the jpeg documents of drivers license and court charges and download for printing. With the “whoops” error I am prevented from seeing these documents and this hinders our process of working with those in our community seeking to fulfill court hours. Is there a way that this can be corrected via JOT.

    In reviewing Richie_p JOT Support, I understand that some have experienced a similar issue and have been “white lined”??? Is this something that could improve our performance and allow us to resume our former protocol?

    Please try disabling these options on the account settings page (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings) and see if the issue still persists when opening the files:
