We are sorry for the inconvenience which may have caused. I replicated the issue on my end. Our backend team will be looking into this issue and get back to you once the issue has been resolved. For the time being, please kindly view the submissions in Inbox under the archive tab, or check the submission data in PDF Editor as a temporary workaround.

Please let us know if you require further assistance.

Hi, could you give some screenshots for the workaround? Seems like I am unable to view them even in PDF format, there should be 20 tickets from June to July

Are you referring to the submissions in the Archives and Trash Folder? Here is how you can restore them from your inbox.

If these are not the submissions you are referring to then you'll have to wait until we get a response on the escalation from our backend team.

Should you need further assistance then please let us know.

All these do not show the submissions dated AFTER JUN 2021. We need those dated after which we saw was submitted in email, but we cannot extract the informations and attachments.

NEW DATA that is still MIA and only exists here:

NEW DATA does not show up anywhere, all these are older than Jun 2021:

In your account history, it shows that you there were submissions deleted for this form

Aren't those you've deleted last July are the submissions you've been looking for?

If not, we'll have to wait for our dev team to check from backend data.

Hi Jed, if it's in the actual interface of jotform we would have tried it - can you provide an actual solution by escalating this to the engineers?

In the trash there was no submissions in the month of Jun 14-Jul 15 which are the ones that are missing. It is deleted on 12 Jul - yet it does not appear in trash. When restoring all there is none of the forms in question that is being re-stored, only those intentionally deleted.

    which gives 2 cases:

    1. there is an action by us which permanantly deleted the forms, even in trash
    2. there is an storage error by jotform in their cloud database

Anw - i need the forms restored ASAP. Thanks

Kindly note that when the submissions are deleted from the trash folder they can not be restored. They are deleted from our servers as well.

Deleting a submission from the inbox moves it to the trash folder. This temporary deletion is not recorded in the history section where you can see all the deleted submissions.

However, when a submission is deleted from the trash folder as well then a record is created in the history section.

The following screenshot share by my colleague above is showing all the submissions that were permanently deleted from the Trash Folder and unfortunately, these can not be restored.

Should you have any other questions then please let us know.
