When i get the amount for submitted form?

I'm afraid I didn't quite understood your question. If you are referring to the payment sent thru your forms, then it would depend on the payment gateway you've chosen. Say you have integrated Stripe with your form to collect payments, then all payments sent by your respondents will be received in your Stripe account.
