    Hi,

    Please refer to the image below where to find the free TEXT html field.

    You can use the TEXT field to add custom html text (with images, logos, formatting) similar to the screenshot you indicated.

    Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    Errrr - so close but yet so far away. I can get the picture in and can get the words in. However i can not make the words go to side of the logo.  I know how to do in in work but i dont see an tool bar to choose picture to the left with words (wraping) or lined from the middile of the logo.  If can make it look like the screenshot that would be great of give me details describition how to do it.  Step by step -

    Thanks so very much!

    @ksmiley

    To copy the same exact look, add a Text Field onto your form, and while it is in focus, click the black HTML button on the toolbar

    https://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/global/1143_html%20hr.jpg

    Then, on the text area paste the codes from here:

    Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks - sorry not all the support people do thing the same way - I thought the "link" was the code.  Others have sent the code (skipping the step) I didn't catch yours message had the extra step.  Thanks for clearing it up and for your wisdom.  It look the way i wanted it to.

    Thank you,
