Hi, I just spent an hour updating this form:
I tested it and it worked great with all my new questions.
Then, just a moment ago, I went back to make one final change. I saved it, then viewed the updated form and now all my previous changes have been lost! The form somehow reverted to how it was before I began revising it an hour ago and it only shows the most recent change I made (adding a text paragraph at the top of the form).
How do I get back all the updates I made to my form?
Why did this happen and how can I avoid it happening in the future?

This kind of errors generally occur due to multiple opening of a single form on different tabs/browsers, and if form with older version saves, it would overwrite current(newer) version.
Luckly we implemented form revisions feature (not released yet). I can view different versions of your form:11:5711:5311:2311:1511:1211:1111:1011:0611:0311:0210:5810:58
The list above is the hours of your final saves, one of them probably overwrote your changes, this hours all based GTM+2, so can you pinpoint which save would more probabily to be the version you wanted?
11:53 or 11:23 seems to be more plausable saves, based on the experience you described, If this wont help you, please say so, I would provide you links to several versions of your forms, so that you can specifically ask us to recover from that specific version.
Note that, when this feature will be available to you, you can browse all changes to your forms and recover your forms from older versions.
I hope this post will help you solve your problem. Thanks.

Based on time zone setting located on "myaccount" page (which is GTM - 8), here are the fixed times of your saves:01:5701:5301:2301:1501:1201:1101:1001:0601:0301:0200:5800:58all in 24Hours format. Thanks.

Yes, that would be great. Please provide links to the 2nd to last and 3rd to last (11:53 and 11:23) as I imagine one of those must be the last good version I saved.

This is the version I think, you lost
Just after this revision, came this one,
Comparing both, clearly lots of questions are lost. Do you want me to revert your form to this version :
