How can I remove or change my avatar on the final page of my form?

Hi there. I have my gravatar showing up in the top right corner on the final page of my form now that I have removed JotForm branding. I have tried changing my avatar in the account settings to a blank image but my gravatar still appears. How can I remove this?

Please note that this will appear only if you open your form from the same browser where you are logged into your JotForm account. If you open the form from another browser or incognito window, you won't see this.
