URGENT: Account locked, password reset does not work.

    Hello,


    This is immensely frustrating. I am locked out of my account and and I have reset my password ~5 times now. Each time I go to login with the newly reset password, it says "Account Locked."


    Can you please remove the lock on my account?

    Hi,

    I can only find a guest account under your current email address.

    Could you provide the username/email address of the account that you are trying to reset the password for?
