    Hello,

    I have a multipage form that jumps to the top of the browser when you click the next button.

    I have looked through the forum, inserted iframe, and source code, tried addding ?nojump but I cannot seen to get it to just stay in its original position.

    Can you please advise.

    Hi,

    Kindly try the iFrame codes but without the script tags on it so with the onload properties that brings the form to top. The codes below:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformpro.com/form/40182694085963" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:150px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
    </iframe>

    Please let us know for the result.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Can you please modify again the iframe code embed. This time, please try it like this

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame"

    allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformpro.com/form/40182694085963"

    frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:150px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    If you noticed, I had excluded the code

     onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"

    in the iframe code.

    Please try this and test again.

    Just to clarify, the form is having this jump behaviour because of script conflict that exist between the forms and those in your website. Using the iframe embed usually resolve issue like this.

    Thanks.

    Additionaly, I think you still have the script part of the code in the iframe embed on the website http://grantschemes.co.uk/free-cavity-wall-insulation-leicester.html

    As previously suggested, you should also exclude the script code of the full iframe code

    Thanks.

    Hello,
    Sorry, I obviously do not understand, I have the code from the "embed form wizard" I have tried removing the part of the code you have underlined and also tried removing all the code you have highlighted in grey (below)
    This results in the form only showing the title and not the whole form.You refer to removing it from the full iframe code. Sorry for my ignorance, but could you guide me to where i can edit the full iframe code.
    Sorry for my ignorance, I appreciate your help.

    Hi,

    We are more than glad to be of help. Please do not ever hesitate to ask us for assistance. =)

    Let us try it like this...

    1. Remove first the old embdded code in your website . Start fresh
    2. Copy the iframe code from here http://pastie.org/8671346  Make sure this is the only code you will copy. The code should be like this only
    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotformpro.com/form/40182694085963?nojump" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2561px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
    3. Embed the code copied from #2 into the website http://grantschemes.co.uk/free-cavity-wall-insulation-leicester.html
    4. Test the form
    Please update us of the result.
    Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan
    Success!
    Works exactly as required, does not move or jump.
    Just a quick question, if I have another form that jumps, will that script work with that form too, (obviously changing the form id)
    Many thanks again Jonathan, this had been frustrating me for ages, I had searched the forum before but nothing I had done or was previously suggested worked.

    Hi,

    Apply the same steps on the other form should work also.

    Make sure to get first the actual iframe code of the form to capture the other required details (height, width,) . Refer to this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Once you have the Iframe code, alter it using the previous procedures described on this discussion.

    Inform us if further assistance is needed.

    Thanks!
