Hello. Thank you for contacting us. I am not sure about response ID. However, if you what you meant is submission ID, this is a unique ID assigned for each completed submission on a form you created. You may use the submission ID to provide links to your user so that they may edit their submissions in the future. An example of an edit link is:
The sid is the submission ID. However, if this is not what you are inquiring about, are you using one of our Integration and saw that there perhaps? Can you please provide a screenshot where you see the response ID? This will help us better understand will also help us provide accurate answers.
