Attachments not on email forms

    Good morning,

    The emails that are coming into the inbox do not have the attachments of the completed forms. It looks as though these stopped coming through yesterday morning?

    Please can you advise why these are not coming through? My email is mark@archersrecruitment.co.uk

    Hi there,

    We had an issue with the PDF, and it was recently fixed by our devs. Can you please confirm if the issue still persists on your end? Kindly please try making an actual test submission on your form.

    We will wait for your response.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a temporary technical issue with EU server and the issue should be fixed by now as received an update from our backend team.
