I have a PDF file which Jotform does not particularly like. It does not seem to be able to import it in and allow it to be edited into a new form. I have tried with both Firefox and Edge and after waiting 20 to 30 minutes with the graphic just gyrating nothing is happening. This is not a particularly long form. One page, one graphic and the rest is text. I am happy to forward the file in case there is a way for you guys to get it imported into my account. Thank You in advance. I'm unable to attach here.

    Greetings,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

I've tested the PDF editor with several different PDF documents, however could not replicate the issue. Please upload that PDF file on some file-sharing platform (like Google Drive, Box, Dropbox) and share link with us, so we will try to import and replicate the issue on our end.

    Thank you!

    Greetings Brian,

    Thanks for providing additional details.

I've downloaded your PDF form and was able to import it without any issues. Since your account is HIPAA enabled, I'm not able to directly move that form on your account.

Please follow this guide below and try to clone the form on your account using this form link:

    Hello,

I tried to import the form from the URL below, but even when I am logged in I get an error message indicating that it was an unauthorized request and that I do not have access to this form.
