Downloading photos from jot form responses

Hello - I have a jot form set up for another department at my company. The form has the option to upload images. When the form comes to their email, the images show as links in the form. I am able to click on the links and the images download onto my computer, however when those receiving the form emails click the links, they are taken to a jot form website that says the links are no longer available. What can we do so that those receiving these filled-out forms are able to click and download the photos? Thank you!

You have to uncheck the privacy settings in the account. Please refer to the attachment.
