Update Payment info

    Hi,

The credit card I used to sign up for JotForm is expired. I need to update my payment settings with the new card information. My next payment is set for July 3rd. I did attempt to cancel the current subscription with the thought of creating a new one with the new card info, but when I tried to do that it went to some other website. I assume your payment processor. Anyway, that website required a username and password. The username field was prepopulated with a long string of numbers so I tried to enter my JotForm password. Invalid. Then I tried my JotForm username and password. Invalid.

So, I can't find ANYWHERE on the jotform website to update my payment details. And anyone who wants to cancel essentially can't.

Not good. Please tell me how to update my payment information so I can get this done before my next payment. I cannot afford to lose any of my forms or information due to a non payment which isn't my fault.

    Thank you.

    Roxanne Grecar

    Ok so I found this

Your payment was made via Plimus, thus you need to log in to Plimus in order to update your billing information. To do so, you would need to look for your Plimus username in the email that was sent to you when you first signed up for your subscription.

Enter that username (a string of numbers) and the email address associated with your subscription in this password reset link. After receiving your password, log in to this page and then update your billing information as you wish.

IMO, too many hoops to jump through.
