some of my clienst are reportingthat when they click on my jotform code from WITHIN the Ebay app that they are unable to upload photos on the form
is the form link
Could someone look into this please?

Your form looks good. Are you referring to the Ebay App on some Android or iOS mobile device? If yes, please provide us with the exact name of the device in question. Also, please let us know if there are any errors.

it's the ebay app on Iphones
What my clients say happens is that they are unabvle to upload photos
the form will not stay open when they go to their photo library

Okay, I have an iPhone and I see what you mean. I took a few minutes to check on this for you and after testing it furthermore can replicate the same problem. I believe this is due to the way the Ebay App is probably running to open up a temp link window as a separate pop-up that then closes itself since technically it is all running from inside the Ebay App itself via a windowed href script.
Unfortunately to my knowledge this is something we have no control over. I also tested your form via a Mobile Link to double-check the form where I got kicked over to Mobile Safari to use the Mobile Browser Version of Ebay but I did not see any issues there so because of that I think it's fairly obvious that it's not the form and it's the Ebay App halting the uploads.

I have asked Ebay and they have told me to use emailme forms instead of yours as emailme are a partner to them
I do not really want to do that, I have a lot of forms with yoiu including my payment processing
Is there no workround?

Have you tried Ink File Picker Widget as your photo upload field?
I don't have such device to run a test but my colleague will surely provide you a workaround if there really is. However, if the issue is within the form that does not work properly due to the app limitation, I guess there is nothing much we can do about it. Anyway, I have relayed this to my colleague for any possible updates, but we could not promise you anything yet.

I will give that a go on another item and see what happens
as long as my clienst dont have ti sign up for anything lol

FYI, when you use file picker widget, you have to create an account at http://www.inkfilepicker.com where you have to take your ink file picker API key.
Your form users do not have to signup anything when you use this tool, we do not do that here. :)
