My account was suspended

    I am just starting to use JotForm and working with a buddy who was sharing his templates for me to get started quickly. I went to log into my account and it says Im suspended which you can see here http://screencast.com/t/iZzF4qJJG.

    I dont know what I did but you can call me at 949-478-0873. My name is David Moceri and my username is HeyGoTo

    Hello

    Some forms of your account seemed to activate our Phishing filter so it got automatically suspended.

    We activated your account but please notice that according to our terms of use, login/registration forms are not allowed.

    Also autosuspension only happens on free accounts. To prevent this you can upgrade to a premium account.

    Hello David

    The form that trigered our phishing filter was this one:

    As you can see it asks for a lot of passwords and this automatically triggers our phishing filter. But as mentioned before, Jotform doesn't allow login/registration forms.

    Hi, to clarify the matter regarding upgrading to paid plans http://www.jotform.com/pricing

     Our paying subscribers have the privilege of having assigned form reviewers that manually screen the forms of the subscriber if they have forms that are initially tag as suspicious. This means the forms will NOT be automatically suspended by the anti-phishing system in place.

    So, unlike the FREE users, the automated anti-phishing system will directly check the forms. And will immediately block/suspend a form it it finds it suspicious enough.

    Your account is currently ACTIVE and you can continue using JotForm services. Just make sure you do not include in any of your forms components that can trigger the anti-phising system.

    The usual elements to avoid are combination of username, e-mail, passord, account number, user id..

    Hope this clarify the matter. Inform us if further explanation is needed.
