    Why is my account suspended?

    Due to terms of use violation, your account has been suspended.
    It was suspected to be used for phishing. If you think this is a mistake please contact us to resolve this issue.

    Hi,

    Our automated anti-phishing system in placed had initially suspended your forms and account due to suspicious forms that have username and e-mail field on it.

    I manually checked your account and forms and found that they are not used for phishing activities.

    I have now reinstated your account and forms. You may now continue using our services.

    You can continue using your account now but make sure to avoid using fields that contains username,password,credit card etc. that might be used for phishing otherwise our system will detect your form as a phishing form that makes your account suspended again.

    i just got the same problem and non of my forms have credit card info fields.

    can you re-instated my account.
