Cancellation of Premium Plan and JotForm Account

    Hi JotForm Support,

    I would like to cancel my JotForm Account and the Premium Plan.

    Your account ( jaredandxingping ) has the current status:

    User is scheduled to downgrade.
    Date: 2014-02-12
    Reason: CANCEL

    This means the account will not automatically renew after the current paid cycle has ended. Once it has done so. The account will be automatically set to free status.
