I have a form attached with a paypal button.
I am receiving the paypal money, but not the forms with the information.
The forms are not even clicking over in the Jotforms account as new submissions.
I have 2 forms with the same issue.

I do see that your forms do contain Incomplete Payments, do verify that the payments have gone through properly through your PayPal Account and then complete the process on the incomplete payment section of the Submissions page.
Additional to this, do try setting the Pending Payment Email option, like so:

I don't understand.
We are receiving our money into our paypal account, so why is paypal not sending confirmation of payments. Do I need to call them??

Hello, when a Payment to the Paypal is incomplete, the submission remains on JotForm Database unless the Payment is completed. This is why the submission data is not yet showing nor you are receiving notification emails until the Payment is processed and completed.
For incomplete payments, you can still get notified by JotForm by doing what my colleague has posted by enabling the Pending Payment E-mail
You can access the incomplete Payments by checking the Submissions Page of the form and clicking the Incomplete Payments button. You can either delete or process the payments further from that page so that it will now be shown on your submission page
