    Hello,

    Thanks for patiently waiting.

Can you kindly send us screenshots? As we don't have dedicated Thai support, we're having a bit of difficulty locating which text you're referring to.

We'll be waiting for your response.

I have been testing the issue and I was able to reproduce the issue you have described in your screen recording. However, it seems that the only available solution, for now, is to change the Font Style of the Original PDF document to "Times New Roman" in the Original PDF Settings.

Kindly try it and please do not forget to click the Apply Changes button after you made the update.

Feel free to let us know if that would not work for you.

The solution you suggested can't solve the problem I have tried every font. But when I experimented further by changing the letter from "ป" to "บ", there was no gap problem. So I think it's probably the version of the font that the system uses doesn't correspond to the Thai style. Is it possible for me to add the font myself or the system will improve the version of the Thai font?

In Thai, there are long characters. and writing multiple layers This causes position compensation in older fonts to be misaligned.

Let's ask about how the problematic Thai fonts look like?

Thank you in advance for considering the correction.

    Eagerly waiting for updates
