Thank you for contacting us in this forum. Upon investigating your account, you already consumed your Premium quota of 1000 submissions this month.
I have also calculated each of your forms and their submissions that occur this month and it way goes above 1000. You will have to wait for the next month's reset, February 1, 2014. You can still login to your account and continue your work, however, your forms are disabled at the moment until the reset. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you
