Pre-filling parts of the form.

Hi, my name is Nathan, and I have a question on behalf of Marshall Orthodontics. Is there a way to prefill information on our forms before we send them to patients? There are certain spaces, signatures, and info we have to do, but if we are sending the form, it means we can fill it out ahead of time. Is that a possibility? Thank you so much for your time.
