Adding more forms and over form limit

    Hello,

My team has been using JotForm for years now to help track important signed documents. I upgraded our plan to the lowest available "storage" plan a few months ago in hopes of adding one more form, but I have not been able to do so, as I'm told we're still at our max. We have dozens of forms saved from previous outreach, but only one is currently in use. What do I have to do to change the status of our older forms in order to make room for a new one? Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Emily Andre

    Hello Emily,

Unfortunately the storage plan doesn't increase the form limit. In order to get under your form limit you will either have to subscribe to a bronze, silver or gold plan or deactivate some of your old forms to get under the limit. You can do that either in my forms and click on more and then disable, or in the form settings themselves.
