    forms pulling old submission data

Asked by smacdizzle on January 28, 2014 at 12:09 PM

We have a user who fills out our forms periodically and today she reported that the form seems to be keeping the previous submissions data even after clearing cache and deleting cookies and sending a new link.

    Any thing we can do?

Just to clarify the question, are you referring about the Edit Link tag: {edit_link} which will pull out submitted data and for the user to make a changes?

I've check your form notification/autoresponder email settings, but I couldn't find the edit link so I'm not sure if you're really referring about the edit link. Any link for example? That would help understand the reported issue.

Okay, I think you mean the Save Form Data to the submitter's local browser storage. This is because you've enabled AutoFill Function: How to Enable Auto Fill Feature | Save Form Entries to Continue Later and check "Save on data changes" setting. I would suggest unchecking this option, if you want to remove the old data once the user submitted the form. That should fix it.
