Hi I have an issue with a form I designed a few years ago
. There is a gateway error on submission and people are not receiving the attachments when the form has been submitted now.I noticed last week an error server wise as well. (504 gateway error) I haven’t changed the form until todayso wanted to clarify if there is an error your end as my settings have hardly changed and I have some disgruntled clients that can’t now access the form system properly or submit their applications. There is a gateway error on submission
I cloned your form to test but I was unable to replicate the issue.
I have cleared your form caches. Could you please try clearing your browser's cache as well? If the issue persists, kindly let us know.
As for your other concerns, I have moved them to separate tickets so that they would be addressed properly.
