I created an application form for one of our grant programs. I notice when I submit successfully the message, please wait... while JotForm submits the form. However, when a required field is empty, I get no message at all. from the forums, I understand a message stating there are imcomplete fields should appear. On this form, nothing appears, which will confuse the applicants. Will you kindly give my form a check? I am building the form using FireFox 26.0.
Thank you -

Thank you for contacting us.
Your required field does work and shows an error message when the field is blank. Is your form embedded to a website? Can you share the URL if it's embedded to a website. If your form is embedded to a website you can use the iframe code if you haven't tried that yet.

Thank you for having a look. What concerns me is that the text that normally displays at the bottom of the form beneath the submit button to alert the user that something is wrong with their entry does not always appear. I tried leaving only one required field empty and the text would not appear. If you scroll up you will see the field that needs attention surrounded in red, but there is no indication that something is wrong at the bottom of the form where the user is when submitting. Other times the text is there beneath the submit button. I don’t know how to make this consistent.

I can see the form warning on my side.
Is there are any steps to reproduce the issue with missing warning?

I know the form is quite long, but try completing all the required fields but 1. I think when I tried it I left one of the required name fields blank in the "Personal Assurances" Section (Item 9). When I clicked submit, nothing happened. If I scroll up I see the warning around the field, just no text under the submit button.

I tried that, but it works just fine on my end.
Your form is a bit lengthy so I guess you should consider using page break tool under survey tools to divide your form into multiple pages. This would be a lot easier so the user will know on the first place if he has missed unfilled fields.
