    Was this functionality removed? I don't see Constant Contact as an option.

    The option is still available within Integration section.

    We did some digging and it appears that the Constant Contact integration is blocked for HIPAA JotForm users. Why is this?

    That is because Constant Contact is not HIPAA compliant.
