Effective Thesis General Feedback Form

    Hi,

    In my form entitled "Effective Thesis General Feedback Form"

    There is a question "Type a question" with a worst/best ranking that appears after the submit button. But I can't find it on the form builder to delete it, I don't want it on the form!

    Please could you help?

    I can see it in the form builder.

    As per your requirement, I've now deleted the field from your form.
