Not receiving email verification

    Hi there,

    I'm trying to update my email address on my account (I'm new in my role and it's currently sending emails to someone who is no longer here). I've changed my email multiple times in my account settings and it says "email sent!" every time, but I'm not seeing any verification emails in my inbox, even in spam and junk mail. Can you please assist? Thanks!

    Currently, the email address on your account is Com******ions@s***lano.org and it is shown as verified.

    Is your issue solved or are you trying to change this to a different email?
