If your subscription is cancelled at some point, your forms will not be affected at all, they will remain intact. Now, please keep in mind that if your subscription is cancelled for any reason, your submissionlimits will change according to the free plan at the time your account is downgraded to the free plan. So, your form will keep intact, but if you reach the limits as free user, then your forms will be temporary disabled until the first day of the next month when the submissions counter gets reset to zero.
However, since our subscriptions are recurring subscriptions there is no way your subscription is stopped unless you ask for the cancelation.
I hope this helps you. Please inform us if you need further assistance with this inquiry.
