We want to create a credit application form. Which will need to have 2 signatures if the applicant wants to do joint application. We want the joint applicant information field to appear only if the applicant chooses to do the joint application. There are few things we would like to be clear before we start.

    1. Is it possible do multiple legally binding signatures

    2.

Is it possible to have conditional form fields

    3.

Do we get report for uncompleted form

Have attached the credit application form as jpg for better understanding.

Please let us know soon because this is urgent for us. A direct call or chat would be awesome.

Hi, thank you for contacting support.

    1. Is it possible do multiple legally binding signatures

Yes, you can have multiple e-signatures on your form. Please also note that E-signatures are legally binding in almost all countries and states, but we still recommend consulting with your lawyer.  https://www.jotform.com/blog/e-signatures/

Here is a list of the available signature widgets that you can use in your forms.

    E-Signature - https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/signature

    Smooth Signature - https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/smooth_signature

    DocuSign - https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/docusign

Adobe Sign (formerly EchoSign) - https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/adobe_sign

Your other questions are moved to a new ticket so we can address them separately to avoid confusion. We will be responding to them via these threads shortly.
