Hello.
I am trying to login to my Jotform account. It's saying Login Failed - Suspended. I've reset the password and still the same issue. Please advise if something is wrong.
Userid: iskconofbergen
Email: isk*****bergen@gmail.com
When I receive the password reset link in the email and click on it, it states the reset code expired. I requested forgot password couple of times and it was the same message without any luck.
Then I reset within the mobile app. It let me reset it, but I can't login now at all using the new password on desktop or mobile app. That's strange.

I just got information from our back end team, our phishing system has mistakenly suspended your account, we have reactivated it now, you should be able to log in, we do apologize for the inconvenience.
