I can't login to JotForm. It says I have the wrong username or password. I have clicked "Forgot Your Password?" and a dialog box said it was sending me an e-mail to reset my password. I haven't seen the e-mail. I've checked in my Spam box and JotForm is whitelisted in my e-mail. Can you help me regain access to my account?

Can you share to us any form(s) that is created on your account? This way, we'll be able to check your account username. I tried searching for an account using your email address but cannot find one.
