"server IP address could not be found" on widgets

This morning suddenly the widgets on my form are not showing up. It shows a gray box and an error. I've tried clearing cookies, loading on ingognito, whitelisting jotform, and cloning the form (suggestions I read after searching for solutions to this problem).

The issue with the widgets should be fixed now and working normally. Please check and let us know if you notice any further issue. We will be happy to take a look again.
