Hi, a submissions is secured when it is sent through a secure connection. To do this the form should be browsed or embed with SSL script (i.e. HTTPS while non secure is HTTP). When SSL submissions are used, the transfer of data between the browser and the webserver is secured. This ensures the safety of the data transferred from possible hackers.

I can see that your account has reached the SSL submissions quota, which is 10 per month, that´s why your form has been disabled.

I would suggest re-embedding your form(s) and make sure to uncheck the SSL Box in the embed wizard.

Just change the https:// prefix in the JotForm URL found in your embed code into http:// (without the "s").

I have reset you SSL counter, so your account is not disabled. Please let us know if everything is ok now, we are here to help you.
