Do you have a specific retention period for ePHI data?

Hi there,

I am testing your platform to create some forms for some US healthcare clients. I have being reviewing the HIPAA & healthcare requirements and I have still some doubts about how this applies, but my most important doubt is regarding retention period requirements for ePHI data.

How do you support these requirements? Meaning, do you have a specific retention period for ePHI data? And, most important, as any US State has its own healthcare legislation with its own retention periods depending on many things: how would you manage these variable number of retention periods?

Please note that the data collected from your users shall be stored in your JotForm account. The data is available as long as you do not delete them manually.

If you downgrade the account to free plan anytime later, the latest 500 submissions shall only be stored in your account.
