The download option isnt working

    We use JotForm on our website to allow people to download a free CD.  We've just had a prospective client say they're still waiting for the download to appear in their inbox for 9 days.


    I just tried to request a download too, and I'm still waiting.  

    Is there a problem at our end, or yours?

    I'd appreciate a quick fix.

    Hi Belinda,

    Is this the form you were referring to?

    I check and test the form, but I am not able to understand how the download process should work.

    There is no URL link of any kind that I can use to download the CD.


    When I submitted the form after choosing 'download' option, I got the Thank you message that I will receive more details on my e-mail But I was not able tor received any message on the e-mail address I provided.


    I suggest you also review this guide -Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder . This should help you understand how to setup an auto response via e-mail to your form users. You can add the download link in the auto e-mail message.
