    Hello Guys, I'm trying to create a form but having trouble with the drop down box option

    I insert around 33 options to choose from in the drop down box, but when I open the drop down box only 19 out of all the 33 options appear, and the side bar next to the list won't move up or down, so the person filling the form and using the drop down box will only be able to visualize 19 out of the 33 options that should be shown, therefore not being able to choose other options beyond number 19.  

    I don't known how to fix this. Please help me solve this problem.

    Can you please confirm if you are still having this issue at this time.

    I checked your form https://www.jotform.com/40287402458657 and could see it well done already.

    I could see all the 33 content of the drop-down box

    Hello Jonathan, thank very much for your soon reply.
    It seems the problem is solved, I can now see all 33 elements when I click on the preview botton.
    Perhaps it was just a temporary program glitch?   
    Thank you once again, I will keep in toch and let you know  if the problems emerges again.

    The problem might be temporary. Sometimes clearing browser's cache and cookies would help as well.

    Anyway, glad to hear it's now resolved.
